London has led the way when it comes to boundary-pushing gourmet delights and taking dynamic dining to the next level is KERB - a new permanent street food market in Camden Town.
From the 12th August, 35 street food traders will operate on a 364 day a year basis, with Camden chosen as the perfect place to showcase new and innovative flavour combinations and cooking styles.
Expect Michelin-experienced chefs, cross-over combinations, fusion cooking, pimped-up family favourites, international cuisine and gourmet food served without the pretence of more formal restaurants. There's even a collaboration between KERB and Camden Town Brewery, who will set up a brand new bar.
KERB is a great addition to Camden Town, building on its already strong dining reputation, with restaurants such as Gilgamesh, Chin Chin Labs, York & Albany, The Blues Kitchen and Hache Burgers just a few of the eateries drawing the crowds.
Petra Barran, founder of KERB, said: “KERB was set up to bring together talented traders and to raise the standard of street food in London. Camden is the perfect place for us to grow our mission and engage Londoners with the best and most diverse food offering out there.
