Many people move to London from within the UK and from overseas specifically for work. Both Camden Town and Kentish Town attract a young, dynamic workforce as they possess reputations for nurturing new talent - especially within creative and media-led industries.

So we are excited at London Residential to discover a brand-new way of renting office space - a style that will particularly suit freelancers and new ventures.

Interchange offers co-working space for creative startups and entrepreneurs in the heart of Camden. The offices are spread out over three stunning buildings - Triangle, Utopia and Atrium.

Every office rented with Interchange is designed by Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio and will include a desk, ergonomic chair, desk lamp and lockable pedestal for a 'turn-key' solution to office space.

Each venue has a kitchen fully stocked with tea, coffee, water and biscuits, fast internet and bookable meeting rooms. Depending on the location, additional office perks will include table tennis, foosball, a gym, showers, a restaurant and innovation labs.

Offices at Interchange's three Camden sites can be booked on a flexible basis - by the day or at a fixed monthly price, with scope to book a single desk or a whole suite for growing companies.

There's also a regular programme of in-house networking events and seminars, sparking ideas and paving the way for business growth.
